Image
So this year I decided I didn't need any more clothes...... screen shots for proof....  I clearly have my favourites and I'm in complete shock looking at my finances this year that I spent a whopping £957.58 on exactly that. 2022 NO MORE CLOTHES!

What I wore September

September  ok so i've been back at work. I wore a total or 31 items  I purchased a new scarf and some pj bottoms for £28 i'm surprised with the fact that over half the items I only wore once in the month  how has everyone else done?

I Failed no buy clothes

Ok so after looking at my clothes at the beginning of the year I told myself I didn't need any more clothes. but still looking at my finances 9 months in I can see I still couldn't stop myself buying. so to hold myself accountable for future purchased i'm going to see if I can justify / explain my reasoning for buying. so in January pay day came I just changed jobs and though yes I need some jumpers for work. I have worn the teal one a total of 3 times, the grey is still in the plastic. I didn't like it at all the knit was stretchy and you can't roll your sleeves up. I ended up giving them both to my cousin. still in January we had some pretty rubbish wether so I got some dr marten boots I ordered the wrong size due to covid restrictions as you couldn't go and try them on so ended up selling on and buying the correct size.  happy with this purchase still wear them a lot I know they're pricey. looking at my style book app I have worn them 47 times since purc...

What I wore this month - February

Ok month 2, so i've been logging what i've been wearing using an app called style book. this is the calendar layout. here is my most worn items of the month - this is interesting and i'm learning what I gravitate towards wearing and when shopping im more likely to buy things i'll actually wear rather than shopping for my fantasy self. here is it in revers so my least worn items - looking at the weather this month I started wearing some of my lighter jumpers and trainers instead of boots. (British weather)  this tells me cost per wear so since buying the item this calculates how many times I've logged it on my calender as worn - telling my my cost per wear. unfortunately some of the items I can't remember what I paid. this really hi lights to me that I don't need to buy clothes as i'm only wear about 10% of my wardrobe ONLY 23 different item in the month of feb

Stylebookapp

Stylebookapp i bought this app yesterday and I'm already in love with it. it keep a track of what you wear, if the item was good value for money, how many times you wear it. i think this will help me massively with my next declutter session and also to remember some of those items that often get forgotten
